About the event

Spend your lunch hour honing a writing skill! The Writers’ Colony at Dairy Hollow (WCDH) is proud to present a virtual Fourth Friday Lunch and Learn writing workshop, “Monologue Writing,” instructed by Colleen O’Doherty. All proceeds from this workshop will benefit the WCDH scholarship fund. Established in December 2019, the fund supports emerging writers and marginalized voices by providing financial support so that they may benefit from a writing residency. Scholarships are awarded on an as-needed basis depending on availability.

“Monologue Writing” will be held on Zoom on Friday, June 25, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm CDT. The Zoom link will be provided upon registration.  The cost of the workshop is $25. This is sure to be a creative, engaging, and informative class, suitable for adults of all abilities and levels who want to improve their writing skills.
