The Writers' Colony at Dairy Hollow is the perfect place for your writers' group or book club retreat. Our spaces are ideal for groups wanting a site away from the day-to-day distractions to focus more deeply on a subject or book. We offer the following packages based on single occupancy:

Rent the entire colony:

• 7 nights x 8 suites = $4,960

• 3 nights x 8 suites = $2,240

• 2 nights x 8 suites = $1,560

Rent 505 at Dairy Hollow:

• 7 nights x 5 suites = $3,100

• 3 nights x 5 suites = $1,400

• 2 nights x 5 suites = $975

All packages include exclusive use of a private conference room, sit-down dinners prepared by our chef every weeknight for all attendees, and a community kitchen stocked with the essentials for other meals during your stay.  for all packages. Rates include cleaning fee.
