Open Call for Submissions for Publication in eMerge

Let the 2020 Celebration begin! Did you know that The Writers’ Colony at Dairy Hollow (WCDH) will turn Twenty in 2020? So, let’s kick the tires and light the fires and get the Winter Edition of eMerge airborne! We will begin accepting submissions for the Winter Edition on November 15th, 2019. The deadline for submissions will be December 31st, 2019.

We always await with pleasure the opportunity to read your submissions. The WCDH has spent the last twenty years providing a creative sanctuary for writers of all genres. We asked for your support to continue this legacy in our Summer Edition and your response was awesome! Thank you, but we "still have miles to go, before we sleep."

We endeavor to provide a literary online magazine built on content and provide greater exposure to both emerging and established authors. We will not be asking you to write to a theme for this edition of eMerge, just that you share the passion and creativity that burns within you, with our literary community. In the words of that old spiritual hymn composer, Billy Joel:

We didn't start the fire

It was always burning Since the world's been turning...

Here you will find all of the submission guidelines. Again, the DEADLINE for submissions for Issue 6 of eMerge will be December 31st, 2019.
