  Painted Woman

“Don’t let anyone decide who you are.”

A young woman with a dark past finds wisdom and her identity in the romance of

the old West.

Adapted from prolific Western novelist Dusty Richards’ The Mustanger and the Lady,

Painted Woman is the story of Julie Richards, a woman of her time, passed from hand to hand

in a web of abuse and prostitution, landing at the feet of Kyle Allison. Allison, a wealthy

powerbroker of the old west town of Goldfield, takes young Julie into his home and makes her

his trophy. Although she benefits from Allison’s “ill gotten gains”, the cost of luxury is more

abuse. As Julie’s time with Allison is coming to a dangerous close, she is given two chances of

escape with two very different men… Frank Dean, a hired assassin working for Allison, and

Vince Wagner, a wayward horse trainer with a dark past. Who will help Julie and save her from

the life she was handed?
