About the event

Ken Waldman, in residence from May 1-15 at WCDH, will read and recite original poems, tell Alaska-set stories, play fiddle, and might even share a brand new piece written this past week here in Eureka Springs. A long-time touring artist, Ken has 9 CDs, 19 books, and has appeared at the widest range of venues, from the Woodford Folk Festival in Queensland, Australia, to the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage in Washington D.C., to all manner of festivals, concert series, colleges, and clubs across North America. He promises an evening of fun, inspiration, and surprises (including possible appearances by other talented writers currently in residence). It's a preview, too, for Ken Waldman's Saturday morning, May 15 workshop, So You Want to Go Places With Your Art.
