Culinary Connection
The Writers' Colony at Dairy Hollow is privileged to support culinary writing with a state-of-the-art writing suite and kitchen thanks to Ann Maine, now editor-in-chief of Traditional Home magazine and a Communication Arts Institute board member. Justin Newby was also very instrumental in the project, bringing the finest KitchenAid appliances into what is now the KitchenAid Kitchen. Weber helped fund and equip the Weber Outdoor Grilling Deck. The Communication Arts Institute, with its flagship program The Writers' Colony at Dairy Hollow, is proud to be a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
We encourage culinary writers to apply for a fellowship and spend a month concocting and creating in this wonderful space.
